Israel killed Jouri al-Soufi, a seven-year-old girl, in an attack on a camp for displaced families in al-Mawasi, west of Khan Younis, on Monday, along with Hossam al-Zamli, 21, and Tamer Abu Sneima, 24, Nasser Hospital said. The hospital said the three bodies were torn apart by shrapnel from an Israeli missile, and that it was treating several wounded, among them a child and a woman. A fourth person killed in the camp was confirmed later in the day, and the Israeli military told AFP it was looking into the reports.

Witnesses and medics in the Bir 19 area said an Israeli drone hit the tents while Israeli military vehicles fired on the camp and Israeli-backed gunmen fired around it, and that Jouri was shot inside her tent. The Gaza Education Ministry, which gave her age, counts her among the students Israel has killed since the ceasefire. An Israeli drone killed one man in a tent of displaced people in the Remal neighbourhood, west of Gaza City, Al-Shifa Hospital said.

Israeli quadcopter drones set fire to a camp of displaced families at the Shujayea junction in Gaza City at about 8pm on Sunday, and the fire burned past midnight, the Ministry of Public Works and Housing said. More than 200 families, over 800 people, most of them women, children, elderly people and the sick, lost their tents and belongings, and the ministry asked for urgent international help with shelter.

Israel killed 11 people and wounded 50 across Gaza in 24 hours, the Civil Defence said, and Israeli artillery shelled the east of Khan Younis, the east of Gaza City and the Shujayea and Tuffah neighbourhoods from behind the Yellow Line, while tanks pushed west of the line into Deir al-Balah. Israel has killed 1,559 Palestinians and wounded 5,608 since the ceasefire of October 2025, and 74,555 since October 2023, according to the Health Ministry. We reported Sunday's killings and Israel's two strikes on the Islamic University, and the full toll is on our Gaza record.
