Five women accuse Donald Trump of rape or sexual assault in a 53-page report that House Judiciary Committee Democrats published on 26 October, and the Justice Department is withholding the FBI file under which at least one of their accounts was logged.

The report, led by Jamie Raskin, runs through eleven women's accounts and concludes that Trump was "an active participant in Jeffrey Epstein's sexual abuse of young women during the mid-to-late 1990s". It asks the attorney general to hand the matter to a special counsel.

Beatrice Keul, who told the Daily Mail in 2024 that Trump groped her in a Plaza Hotel suite after his 1993 American Dream pageant, told committee staff it was rape, that Epstein then offered her travel and a bed at a Mar-a-Lago party, and that Trump later rang her in Switzerland offering a visa and a place at New York University.

Stacey Williams, Jill Harth and Katie Johnson have been public for years. Maria Farmer says Trump approached her in Epstein's office in a way that made Epstein step in, and that Trump then said he had thought she was 16; her reports to the FBI about Trump are missing from the released files. A woman who says Trump assaulted her at 13 in the 1980s is in the report with the committee's own warning that it has not verified her account, and that the FBI agents' handwritten notes of her interview, which name people who could corroborate it, are being withheld by DOJ as "duplicative".

The withheld file sits under FBI case number 31E-HQ-C1461253, which links Trump and Epstein in an investigation into the "exploitation of minors". The number came up when an FBI agent searched the two names together after interviewing Katie Johnson, who told the bureau that Trump and Epstein raped her at Epstein's New York home in 1994, when she was 13.
