The list that follows is derived from casualty records issued by the Gaza Ministry of Health and compiled by Tech for Palestine. Each entry carries a name, an age, and a sex where the source recorded them. Names originate in Arabic; English transliterations are provided by the source.
It is an undercount. It does not include the unidentified, those buried by their families without passing through a hospital, or those still beneath the rubble. The true toll is higher than any list can hold. What scrolls past is the portion that could be named.
